Military Genealogy & History
War of 1812Sir Isaac Brock![]() Isaac Brock was born in Guernsey and came to Upper Canada in 1802. By 1811 he had been made major-general and provisional administrator of Upper Canada. At the battle of Queenston Heights, Brock was killed by an American sniper. Brock's Monument marks the battlefield and is a tourist attraction. The Olive Tree Genealogy is dedicated to bringing you primary sources such as passenger lists, muster rolls, church records and more, FREE of charge. The following section is part of my ongoing committment. I appreciate your patience while I find datbases and information for all to use freely. Since I maintain these pages alone (I have no staff and I'm not part of a library) I can always use help. If you would like to assist me in bringing free genealogical data to The Olive Tree for all to use, please read my Become a Friend of The Olive Tree page for details on how you can easily be a part of The Olive Tree Family. By supporting The Olive Tree Genealogy you are supporting FREE genealogy on the Internet
