Schooner Brutus Port of Havana, Cuba, to New Orleans Louisiana 1820
District of Mississippi, Port of New Orleans, I, Andre Damillon[?], Master or Commander of the Schooner Brutus, do solemnly, sincerely and truly Swear, that the within List signed by me and now delivered to the Collector of the District of Mississippi, contains the Names of all the Passengers, taken on board the said Schooner at the Port of Havana, or at any time since, and that all matters therein set forth, are according to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true, I do furtherswear, that one boy of the passengers died on the Voyage. Sworn before me this 3d day of February 1820, signed by Ben. Chew, Collector, signed by Damillon.
