District of Mississippi, Port of New Orleans, I, Benj. Whitten, Master or Commander of the Brig Monitor, do solemnly, sincerely and truly Swear, that the within List signed by me and now delivered to the Collector of the District of Mississippi, contains the Names of all the Passengers, taken on board the said Brig at the Port of Port au Prince, or at any time since, and that all matters therein set forth, are according to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true, I do furtherswear, that none of the passengers died on the Voyage. Sworn before me this 22d day of January 1820, signed by Ben. Chew, Collector, signed by Benjn. Whitten.
