Letter from Joseph Lowndes, Clerk to the Guardians of the Wolstanton and Burslem Union, to the Poor Law Board, regarding emigration from Burslem parish which has resolved to borrow £800 for emigration purposes. A list and description of those persons wishing to emigrate to Canada:
