Civil War Era Photo Album Spencer and Kilman Families of Niagara area Ontario Canada

This is a beautiful civil war era photo album from the Niagara area of Ontario Canada

Inside are 50 Civil War era cdvs (early photos), Amost all have names written under them! The photos are of excellent quality and are crisp and clear, what a treasure for a descendant.

This album is a little unusual in that it has ink names in the album under the photos, plus penciled names on the back (in a different handwriting) and, in some cases, spidery ink writing on the back as well (in a third handwriting) The photos seem to start around 1860 ish and go up to the 1890s, with most being of the Civil War period.
