Letter from Joseph Lowndes, Clerk to the Guardians of the Wolstanton and Burslem Union, to the Poor Law Board, regarding emigration from Burslem parish which has resolved to borrow 800 for emigration purposes. A list and description of those persons wishing to emigrate to Canada:
