De jonge Jaeques/Jakes Meuleveld, staande op vertrek naar Nieuw Nederlant (gebied New York en omgeving) met schipper Adriaen Blommaert met het schip 'de Jonge Prins van Nederland', benoemt bij testament tot zijn erfgename zijn moeder Anna Verhelst. Laatste is weduwe van Jaeques Meuleveld.
"The young Jacques Meuleveld, about to leave for New Netherlands with skipper Adriaen Blommaert on the ship "De Jonge Prins van Nederland" (the young Prince of the Netherlands), hereby states for this testament that his heir is mother Anna Verhelst. Latter is widow of Jacques Meuleveld."
Dated: June 6th 1647 (notary Johan van Weel de Oude (the Elder).
